Social Media Coordinator
As a Social Media Coordinator at Dezone, you’ll manage, create, and optimize content across all social platforms. You’ll ensure that our clients’ brands engage, inspire, and grow their audiences, while supporting campaign strategies with measurable results.
You’ll work closely with content writers, designers, marketers, and analysts to maintain a consistent brand voice and dynamic presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and schedule engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure campaign alignment.
Analyze engagement metrics, prepare performance reports, and optimize content.
Respond to audience comments and messages, building community engagement.
Support paid social media campaigns and content boosts when required.
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency with social media platforms, tools, and analytics (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
Strong writing and visual communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate trending and shareable content.
Analytical skills to track performance and optimize strategies.
Knowledge of social media marketing trends, SEO, and hashtags.
1–3 years of professional social media or digital marketing experience.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000 – $120,000 per month
