As a Construction Project Manager at Dezone, you’ll oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll act as the bridge between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.

This role requires a mix of strategic planning, operational management, and stakeholder coordination, making it ideal for organized, proactive professionals who thrive in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare regular status reports and presentations for stakeholders.

• Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure high performance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (5+ years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management tools, and regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.

• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality outcomes.

Salary & Benefits
