Customer Success Specialist
As a Customer Success Specialist at Dezone, your mission is to turn clients into long-term success stories. You’ll work directly with businesses, guiding them through our services, solving challenges, and ensuring they’re not just satisfied—but truly delighted with the results.
This role is perfect for someone who loves communication, problem-solving, and building trust-driven relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Onboard new clients and ensure smooth adoption of Dezone’s services.
Proactively monitor client performance and suggest improvements.
Provide training, resources, and support to help clients succeed.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to address client needs.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities that deliver real client value.
Track client satisfaction and maintain strong retention rates.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer success, account management, or client support.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and client-friendly way.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
Knowledge of CRM tools, project management platforms, and digital marketing basics is a plus.
2+ years of client-facing experience in digital or tech-related industries.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: $90,000 – $140,000 per month
